Kristen Cooper

Kristen Cooper is the Chief Financial Officer at Archway Communities. She provides strategic leadership for the organization’s financial and administrative operations, helping ensure Archway has the financial strength, operational infrastructure, and resources needed to expand its impact and provide stable, affordable housing throughout Colorado.

Kristen believes that strong organizations are built on sound financial stewardship, thoughtful planning, and collaborative leadership. She is passionate about creating systems that empower teams, support informed decision-making, and position Archway for long-term sustainability. By aligning financial strategy with organizational priorities, Kristen helps ensure the organization can continue investing in its mission and the communities it serves.

Kristen is a Certified Public Accountant and earned her Master’s degree in Accounting with a Tax Specialization from the University of Colorado.

Outside of work, Kristen enjoys spending time outdoors and especially loves fishing, where she practices catch and release.
