Cornerstone Residences

Overview

Cornerstone Residences is a 51-unit community offering studio, one- and two-bedroom apartment homes with a project-based housing subsidy attached to each residence provided through Denver Housing Authority. All of the apartments are either ADA accessible or adaptable. Cornerstone is located in the heart of Downtown Denver, and offers on-site case management provided by the St. Francis Center. Cornerstone only accepts coordinated entry referrals from OneHome.

Archway offers an array of supportive services across our communities to help residents stabilize and thrive. Our programming is community and trauma-informed, designed by our Supportive Services team to provide consistent support, emphasizing resident retention and stability. These services include employment support, no-cost food programming, community resource navigation, assistance with recertification paperwork, and more.
