Sheridan Ridge Townhomes offers one-, two-, three- and four-bedroom units to households earning between 30% and 60% AMI, as well as some market-rate units. Gas and electric at Sheridan Ridge are not included in rent. These utilities are billed based on actual usage and paid to the utility company.
